Initial Page Set-Up

How many photos/graphics this includes:
1 Page Site 8 $100
3 Page Site 24 $300
5 Page Site 40 $500
10 Page Site 80 $1000
Additional Pages $100 per page to include 5 photos per page
Photo Extras $40 per hour for any photo editing. (sizing, etc)
Hosting Fees

This is paid in addition to the set up fee:
Monthly Plan $500 per year with 5 photos each update
Bi Monthly Plan $400 per year with 10 photos each update
Quarterly Plan $300 per year with 15 photos each update
Annual Plan $200 per year with 20 photos each update
No Plan (just site set up) $150 per year flat fee NO MAINTENANCE PLAN

 

I offer other services on request. Please do not hesitate to discuss any of your web needs with me. I can accommodate most requests. Depending on the site, once I have received all of your information, my turn around time is usually within a week or two. As working on your site, I will put up a "This is the future site of (your business)" sign that will include your email address and some limited information so that your clients or whatever the case may be can have some information on your site. This is done at no extra charge to you. 

At the present moment, I accept checks and cash as a method of payment. I also accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Before I begin to create your web site, I will sit down with you and map out what the complete charge should be. At that time, I will require a 50% deposit to begin work. Once work is complete, the remaining balance will be due. If payment is not made within 90 days of completion of your site, your site may become disabled until payment is made. 

There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks.
